Lentigo Maligna Melanoma

Lentigo Maligna are usually found on the upper two thirds of the face of elderly patients.

Characteristic signs are a mixture of the features of superficial spreading and nodular melanoma.

A unique feature is that this particular tumour can invade but rarely spreads because it is surrounded by a barrier of immune localising cells.
